All scheduling requests submitted via this website are processed as booking inquiries. Appointments are confirmed only after our clinic coordinators review the request, verify scanner availability, and contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp to lock in your slot.
Patients are strictly required to review and adhere to the specific preparation guidelines outlined on our Services page (e.g. fasting constraints, removing metal objects, withholding specific medications, or bringing a recent Serum Creatinine report). The clinic is not liable for delayed or cancelled scans resulting from inadequate preparation.
Standard radiology reports (X-ray, USG, MRI, CT) are usually available within 4 to 24 hours post-scan. Digital PET-CT scans and specific pathology cultures require specialized processing and will be delivered according to the turnaround times communicated at our front desk.
While we strive to ensure timely scanning on all scheduled diagnostics, delays may occasionally occur due to clinical emergency procedures, scanner calibration requirements, or unforeseen technical situations. We appreciate patient cooperation during such clinical scenarios.
